By convention time, if Biden makes it without imploding, someone has to be presented inoccuously as the ticket-balancer, and thus presumptive president within a year or less. I'm expecting that if this name is not already known and definite to those who pulled off Operation Instant Unity, then certainly they have an idea of the process, of who among them are so to speak the electors.
