Not until Forum Rules are breached, no. Jeff's tolerance has kept quite a few people here that may or may not have deserved a permanent vacation who've gone on (for the most part) to be excellent contributers to the community.

Hell, I've anticipated an axe over my head one or two times, and most probably deserved it.

Jeff's just an all around nice guy with a very even disposition. Yeah, I think that gets taken advantage of here to a degree, but sooner or later someone's reach will extend their grasp and it's buh-bye, humpty dumpty..

Admins don't ban members.

They ban themselves..
