Has anyone read this yet? There are ideas in this book so broad and disturbing I don't know where to start (so I'll only discuss them with people who have actually read it, no offense). The same was true with CHOKE, SURVIVOR and FIGHT CLUB as well, but this is new.
I ask here because this book actually changed my paradigms as I was reading it - I could feel long-held preconceptions falling away, and I actually had to stop reading for a little while when I felt that happening so vividly.
