Seriously, how did Dolan's brain just shit the bed like that? It terrifies me because it could happen to any of us if it happened to him.

p.s.- It also seems to escape the 'analysis' that this ENTIRE occupation is an implicit INDICTMENT of Obama.
Fucking dumbass.

The best thing Obombya could do for his country right now is to announce that he will not run for re-election.2012 Countdown wrote:p.s.- It also seems to escape the 'analysis' that this ENTIRE occupation is an implicit INDICTMENT of Obama.

Scary thought. I'm quite secure in my own sanity, but then again, none of us really knew Dolan personally (probably).Wombaticus Rex wrote:Seriously, how did Dolan's brain just shit the bed like that? It terrifies me because it could happen to any of us if it happened to him.
Call-and-response is a cult tactic, but it's not the same here. There is no leader, and having to repeat everyone's opinion back at them, whether you agree with it or not, and whether or not it contradicts what you were just repeating five minutes ago, spells only an open democratic forum. Everyone understands that. No one participating in occupywallstreet is having their mind warped every 20 seconds by conflicting psyops and/or mind control.
My former best friend, with whom I am no longer on speaking terms, referred to the movement as a "creepy as fuck" cult as well. He was using the Atlanta video of the John Lewis GA.
But he is mentally ill.

Right. To review, the repitition was first used in utility as a microphone to overcome the police not allowing mics/speakers/bullhorns. This method of transmission was developed. EVERYONE no matter the position or philosophy gets their words repeated so that others can hear.
Now, other locations are doing it in sympathy, even if not needed. Just as the other occupations sprouted up, in sympathy. These made-up bullshit attacks are so fucking stupid.
Oh, Alex, BOSTON and SAN FRANCISCO chapters of #OCCUPYWALLSTREETare occupying the FED. Fucking liar.

Re: #OCCUPYWALLSTREET campaign - September 17
I've been a big fan of Richard Dolan's for some time now. But, having said that, I also have to say that I try to take everyone who rises to any degree prominence on edge topics, as he has, with a bit of a grain of salt now. Not because the edge topics themselves necessarily should be dismissed (in most cases in fact, not at all!) nor should relatively prominent commentators who analyze these subjects be distrusted outright necessarily, but because all of us in the orbit of these matters seem to have been used as sort of a "test lab at large" for propaganda purposes for so long, I've grown a rather thicker skin when one of the people I've been admiring winds up disappointing me a bit.Wombaticus Rex wrote:Seriously, how did Dolan's brain just shit the bed like that? Alleged Murder Plot Fans U.S.-Iran Tensions
Figuring in among the lineup of top stories on Wednesday’s broadcast of “Democracy Now!” is the alleged assassination plot against Saudi Arabia Ambassador Adel al-Jubeir, for which the U.S. has charged two Iranian agents. Meanwhile, government officials in Tehran are accusing the Obama administration of creating a distraction from certain pressing domestic issues (ahem, Occupy Wall Street), and one Iranian source quoted in this report went so far as to compare the U.S display of diplomatic indignation to a “comedy show fabricated by America.” —KA
Mazars and Deutsche Bank could have ended this nightmare before it started.
They could still get him out of office.
But instead, they want mass death.
Don’t forget that.

The script about the Iranian terrorist getting together with Mexican druglords to execute a Saudi diplomat is ok but it needs a boat chase.

If you’re a Wall Street behemoth, there are endless opportunities to privatize profits and socialize losses beyond collecting trillions of dollars in bailouts from taxpayers. One of the ingenious methods that has remained below the public’s radar was started by the Rudy Giuliani administration in New York City in 1998. It’s called the Paid Detail Unit and it allows the New York Stock Exchange and Wall Street corporations, including those repeatedly charged with crimes, to order up a flank of New York’s finest with the ease of dialing the deli for a pastrami on rye.
The corporations pay an average of $37 an hour (no medical, no pension benefit, no overtime pay) for a member of the NYPD, with gun, handcuffs and the ability to arrest. The officer is indemnified by the taxpayer, not the corporation.
New York City gets a 10 percent administrative fee on top of the $37 per hour paid to the police. The City’s 2011 budget called for $1,184,000 in Paid Detail fees, meaning private corporations were paying wages of $11.8 million to police participating in the Paid Detail Unit. The program has more than doubled in revenue to the city since 2002.
The taxpayer has paid for the training of the rent-a-cop, his uniform and gun, and will pick up the legal tab for lawsuits stemming from the police personnel following illegal instructions from its corporate master. Lawsuits have already sprung up from the program.

Occupy Gates Street? Protesters Camp Out At Foundation, Demand Funds For Homeless
First Posted: 10/12/11 09:07 AM ET
After 15 shelters were shuttered last week, about 100 activists and homeless people staged a “sleep-out” protest in front of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation building on Monday night, nwcn.com reports.
When the SHARE/WHEEL Foundation lost critical funding, dozens of locals were frustrated about having lost their homes, yet felt determined to pressure the Seattle billionaires to help.
“[SHARE/WHEEL] is tired of seeing the Gates Foundation fund projects all over the world, while homeless suffer poverty right here at home,” the organization said in a released statement.
The network noted that the foundation has endorsed a 10-year program to end homelessness in the area.

Am I just out of touch, because I find that highly disturbing.
Regretful I missed the Share/Wheel demo, forgot to write it on the schedule!
