Re: after the dream [potentially triggering]
Thanks, fam! I'll post some stuff from the even more recent chapters in a bit. I've been super-busy lately uploading everything to a mirror site which is designed for mobile (which my clunky old site is definitely not). So if you were ever dying to read After the Dream on your phone or widget, look no further: https://tapastic.com/series/After-the-Dream

The next chapter, Dia de Muertos, returns to Rhyda et al. in 2012. Started working with a new artist who I'm pretty excited about...

Another chapter launches tomorrow. Looking forward to the end of nursing school when I'll be able to publish this at a slightly less glacial pace.

Really fine comic art. Love the colors and layouts, strong figures. Want to take this up from the start, how did I miss it? Are you being published? What are your media to produce these images?

Hey, Jack. Thanks for the kind words. The chapter from which I posted the above pages was a collaboration between myself and three other artists. I mostly stick to doing the writing, but when I add to the art I use the free program paint.net. It's a little limited compared to photoshop, but it gets the job done. I've also got a cheap Wacom tablet that I draw on. The entire comic can be read for free online at http://www.afterthedream.net I'm hoping to have print versions for sale later this year. I've been posting updates about the comic here since it touches on many a topic RI'ers are interested in - black ops, drug trafficking, human trafficking, human experimentation, mind control, occultism, psi research, and so on. I go off on my own little fictional tangents, but it's mostly grounded in real events covered in books like 'The Franklin Scandal' and 'A Terrible Mistake'.
The following Jeff Wells homage also appears in the same chapter as the above:

a quiet night contemplating high strangeness
