In 1994, Congress passed a law (the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act) that ordered the Department of Justice to "acquire data about the use of excessive force by law enforcement officers" and publish an annual report. The DOJ immediately handed this responsibility off to the International Association for Chiefs of Police, which produced a single report in 2001 and has done nothing since.

Robert Groden: has been researching the assassination of President John F. Kennedy since 1964 and is considered a leading critic of the Warren Commission. Robert has assembled the most photographic and film evidence on the case. He has also investigated the medical evidence and personally interviewed most of the medical professionals present that day. In 1975, Robert showed the Zapruder Film live on national television (Good Night America, ABC TV). As a result, he was invited to address the US House of Representatives to present the case for conspiracy via photographic and other evidence. Two days later, a resolution to reopen the investigation was introduced by Representative Thomas N. Downing of Virginia. This led to the creation of the House Select Committee to Investigate Assassinations. Robert was the staff photographic consultant for the life of the committee. He authored the dissenting opinion report for the HSCA photographic panel. He has consulted with other investigations since then. Mr. Groden has written 8 books on the assassination. He has consulted on numerous documentaries over the years. He worked with Oliver Stone on JFK. Robert continues to investigate the assassination as he feels that “although it may be too late for justice, it is never too late for the truth”

OLNEY, Ill. — Some of the nation’s foremost experts on the assassinations of John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. will gather April 8-9 for a conference at Olney Central College.
* Political Assassinations of the 1960s: New Revelations in the Murders of JFK and MLK will explore, in an academic setting, the deaths of these iconic leaders focusing on new details, which have emerged with the release of previously withheld documents.
* The in-person event is free and open to the public. Those unable to attend can join via Zoom. The link may be accessed and purchased through www.projectjfk.com. The cost is $40.
* The conference will feature an outstanding array of authors, researchers, historians, educators and college professors who possess extensive knowledge on the subjects. Presentations will begin at 10 a.m. on April 8 and continue throughout the following day.
* Featured Speakers
* Brian Edwards has spent more than 40 years researching the JFK assassination. He has interviewed more than 50 of the Dealey Plaza witnesses along with Dallas police officers and detectives who were directly involved in the investigation of President Kennedy’s assassination and the murder of Officer J.D. Tippit. In addition, he has interviewed 10 of the doctors and medical personnel who were inside Trauma Room 1 at Parkland Hospital. He has also interviewed many of the Navy corpsmen who were on duty at Bethesda Naval Medical Center on November 22, 1963. In 1993, Edwards was granted a two-day interview with Marina Oswald-Porter at her home in Rockwall, Texas. Brian is featured in the Showtime documentary, JFK revisited: Through The Looking Glass by Oliver Stone.
* David Knight has been an academic researcher and lecturer on the murder of President John F. Kennedy since 1989. He has produced several documentary films with Project JFK.
* Casey Quinlan is the director of Project JFK and has been the featured lecturer at many universities throughout the Midwest. In 1991, he was a guest historian for the A & E Network and the History Channel for Oliver Stone’s blockbuster movie, JFK. His first publication, Beyond the Fence Line: The Eyewitness Testimony of Ed Hoffman and the Murder of President Kennedy, continues to be a best-seller.
* David Denton has been a history professor at Olney Central College in Illinois since 1990. He has given numerous presentations across Illinois and Indiana at both public libraries and forums. He participated in the Illinois Humanities Council speakers’ bureau from 1995 to 2002, giving presentations on the Vietnam War, Lee Harvey Oswald, and the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. In 2001, he began teaching a course on political assassinations of the 1960s, which explores the deaths of President Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, and Martin Luther King Jr.
* Gary Shaw was formerly co-director with Larry N. Howard of the JFK Assassination Information Center in Dallas. He was co-author with Larry R. Harris of Cover-Up: The Government Conspiracy to Conceal the facts About the Public Execution of John Kennedy. He also is the co-author with Charles Crenshaw of Trauma Room One.
* Ryan Jones is the Museum Educator at the National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis, Tenn. An MLK historian, he has presented at history conferences about the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and on other topics related to the civil rights movement of the 1960s.
* Larry Rivera is Chairman of the Oswald Innocence Campaign. He has made a lifelong study of the JFK assassination, making hit first trip to Dealey Plaza in 1991. He has published many articles on the assassination and has many YouTube videos covering his research. He has given numerous presentations on the assassination. He has a degree in Computer Networking and is an expert at computer imaging technology and facial recognition, using state of the art digital overlays.

Robert Groden: has been researching the assassination of President John F. Kennedy since 1964 and is considered a leading critic of the Warren Commission. Robert has assembled the most photographic and film evidence on the case. He has also investigated the medical evidence and personally interviewed most of the medical professionals present that day. In 1975, Robert showed the Zapruder Film live on national television (Good Night America, ABC TV). As a result, he was invited to address the US House of Representatives to present the case for conspiracy via photographic and other evidence. Two days later, a resolution to reopen the investigation was introduced by Representative Thomas N. Downing of Virginia. This led to the creation of the House Select Committee to Investigate Assassinations. Robert was the staff photographic consultant for the life of the committee. He authored the dissenting opinion report for the HSCA photographic panel. He has consulted with other investigations since then. Mr. Groden has written 8 books on the assassination. He has consulted on numerous documentaries over the years. He worked with Oliver Stone on JFK. Robert continues to investigate the assassination as he feels that “although it may be too late for justice, it is never too late for the truth”
Dr. John Newman: Adjunct Professor of Political Science at James Madison University; U.S. Army intelligence officer (retired); Military Assistant to the Director, General William Odom, National Security Agency; Author of JFK and Vietnam, Oswald and the CIA, Quest for the Kingdom: The Secret Teachings of Jesus in the Light of Yogic Mysticism. He is currently at work producing a series on the life, public service, and assassination of President Kennedy: Volume I, Where Angels Tread Lightly; Volume II, Into the Storm; Volume III, Countdown to Darkness. Soon to be published (late Spring/early Summer, 2022): Volume IV, The Search for Popov’s Mole; Volume V, Armageddon. Read the full BPD Overtime Audit published March 3, 2022. This audit was for Fiscal Year (FY) 2015 to FY 2020.
Notable findings include that BPD exceeded their allotted overtime budget by $4.8 million in FY 2020. It tracked a pattern of the police department exceeding their overtime budget over the five years of the audit. The audit also found that BPD contracts out officers as private security for businesses. In fact, 53% of police overtime hours logged in 2020 was working as private security for the Apple store.

The City Auditor also audited calls for service, officer-initiated stops, and police responses in their April 2021 report, which can be read here. (note: the report we linked to, which is the one listed on the Auditor's Website, seems to have been updated July 2021). While this article claims that 80% of the District's 12-17 year olds are already vaccinated, I don't believe it. Washington D. C. is majority black, which is the least vaccinated demographic in the US, probably because they don't trust the government to tell the truth to them. They recall Tuskegee. Good for them. Terrible crime to demand people be injected with a poison that does not prevent COVID and does not prevent transmission, when practically no healthy children have died or been very ill due to COVID. One needs to ask what deals were made by the Mayor and city council to sell the kids of the District down the river. Someone(s) benefited mightily. As they did when they voted several years ago that 11 year olds could receive vaccines without parental permission. Several groups sued over that, and won.
The FDA recently licensed the vaccine for this age group, which is what enables a legal mandate. Children 12 and up receive an adult dose of vaccine (30mg/dose for Pfizer and 100 mg/dose for Moderna) even though on average they weigh about half what a 50 year old weighs.
The fact that the mandate only applies to 12 and up children, the only ones for whom the vaccine is licensed, is also a tacit admission that mandates cannot legally be enforced while the vaccine is an experimental product...even though the government would never admit it.
Here is some amazing information from the UK's Office of National Statistics.
It is a list, by age group, of deaths in which no other comorbidities, besides COVID, are listed on the death certificate.
From the start of the pandemic until the end of December 2021, 23 months, there were only 3 child deaths IN TOTAL in England and Wales (population 60 million) that had no co-morbid conditions listed on the death certificates. One occurred in an infant, and two in children aged 10 through 19.
Only three COVID deaths occurred in otherwise healthy children over 23 months, in Great Britain, a nation of 60 million people.
