Re: 9/11 "Truth" effectively neutralized in mainst
The difference in questioning what happened to Kennedy and questioning what happened on 9/11 is that the info is moving into people's consciousness much, much faster now.

And the coup that took place when Kennedy was killed was a silent one, once he was buried. It took years for the average person to see what the effects were, once he was gone. And many, to this day don't know and never will, it took too long.

I think, with 9/11, we have the actual perps in our crosshairs, with names being emblazoned on their foreheads with every day that passes by.

The reason I think 9/11 might be different is that it is being flaunted daily as an excuse to snatch freedoms and to gut the Constitution. There is NO being allowed to let it sink out of sight for even a single day. It's there day in and day out, flaunted by the news in our faces via the politicians.

People eventually put Kennedy in the back of their minds and were able to get on with their lives.

We are not allowed to do that.

The perps behind 9/11 invoke it at every turn, every speech. They have gone too far in trying to instill fear in the people to the point where people are sick of it and it has become obvious to most that they are using it as a tool to get what they want in the form of bigger govt. and more money and a host of new laws that are no good for the people.

Maybe their PR people are not so good after all.

Basically, they've run it into the ground and broken it off as a tool against the people.

Controlled Demolition is VISUALLY OBVIOUS
Concerning the NYT article my comment is here: p216.ezboard.com/frigorou...21&stop=24

If Nomo feels uncomfortable discussing controlled demolition then don't. There are so many ways to dismantle the US Gov fairy tale, use the one that works for you and leave the rest. For me, controlled demolition is a fact.
See my page about it here: www.spork.nyc.ny.us/Sept11
It's still a new page and another update that better states why the explosion pictured could not possibly be jet fuel will be up tomorrow. But if your eyes work this should be apparent. Notice there is no hydrocarbon-like fireball for instance, just dust and a superheated spark (frame 4 hi-res only).

It's time to be positive about the progress being made by people acting in public.

Re: Controlled Demolition is VISUALLY OBVIOUS
The internet is it's own worst enemy. There's too much information.

We need to focus things more, frame the debate.

I'd vote for military exercises and WTC7 in that order. The exercises are absolutely provable and set any rational person's mind running. Throw some good guidance on WTC7 on top of this and you've got people majorly thrown.

Of course, it's all moot if no one wants to do anything about it. Which is a distinct possibility. (And that's what home ownership is about.)

IMHO,

1) WTC-7
2) complete air force nonresponse, even to Flight 93 according to the 9/11 Commision -- General Myers 9/13/01 testimony to Senate (see: journals.democraticunderg...ickdog/152 ) vs. NORAD timeline 1 vs. NORAD timeline 2 vs. 9/11 Commission testimony timeline vs. 9/11 Commission Report timeline (still more: journals.democraticunderg...ickdog/153 )
3) Bush, Rummy & Gen Myers (non)actions during the 9/11 crisis.
4) 8 unanswered questions about Flight 93 (see: journals.democraticunderg...ickdog/140 )

And people do trust the eyewitness emergency workers.
Remember? They were deified. Their oral histories released in 8/05 are at the NYT website and, if they are accurate transcripts, support the thermite/thermate demolition hypothesis.

I put some in the Data Dump forum here.
p216.ezboard.com/frigorou...D=74.topic

This one almost seems too exactly CD. Initially it was just one flash, then this flash just kept popping all the way around the building and that building had started to explode. Years ago, noted historian Richard Hofstadter described this type of thinking in the classic The Paranoid Style in American Politics. So it's still troubling and unfortunate all these years later to see this sort of discussion going on. But today, I think it's symptomatic of a millenial type of thinking or a cultic milieu of estranged members of the citizenry who haven't fared as well in the new global economy. (Elsewhere, I have proposed ameliorating these effects by expanding the use of empowerment zones in both depressed urban and rural communities.)

We all have to wrestle and grapple with the very real face of terrorism in the 21st century and figure out the best way to balance the need for security with the preservation of civil liberties at home and American ideals abroad. Now I have my criticisms, but on the whole I think this administration has found more or less the correct balance. As a famous jurist once said, the Constitution is not a suicide pact!

Edited by: NewKid at: 6/9/06 5:49 am
