Re: What are you listening to right now?
In an attempt to offer some measure of recompense to the court, for my earlier transgression whereby I posted a song by Taylor Swift cut to Buffy the Vampire Slayer clips, I offer this well-known but always-excellent Van Morrison track (even though I only know about it because of an especially dark moment in a late Sopranos episode).
It means more to me now than it ever did then. I submit it to the court in humble penance:
Drew, I like Everyday Chemistry as well; Four Guys is my favourite. IanEye has almost made me believe that Steely Dan are worth listening to. Might take a while, but I'll love 'em one day - just like with Randy Newman.
This isn't bad, though the artist now denies that he ever made it, a bit like Martin Amis with "invasion of the Space Invaders":

"The universe is 40 billion light years across and every inch of it would kill you if you went there. That is the position of the universe with regard to human life."

Suicide or self harm is the worst sin.
We all know that.
I am also frightened by the rise of Far Right Nationalism in the UK.
Yes, it's very worrying.
No violence to persons or property is my advice always.
I wouldn't advise anyone to even attend a demo.
No.
Sit at home.
Vote.
Support stability and gradual progress.
And never harm yourself or another.
Don't join a Cult.
Take care of yourselves, my friends.
Please.
